About Realme

A Chinese smartphone brand, introduced in the market on May 4th of 2018. The founder of this smartphone brand is Sky Li, who was also the ex-vice president of the Oppo brand. The brand Realme was first launched in the year 2010 in china, which was named by the “Oppo Real’. At first, Realme was launched under Oppo as a sub-brand. But later on the 4th of May the company started to manufacturer its own smart mobiles and launched in the markets in 2018. 

The first mobile which was launched in the market by Realme under Oppo was the Realme 1.

Later on, on 30th July of 2018, the vice president of Oppo brand Sky Li resigned from his post and started to establish the Realme brand. On the 15th of November in 2018, Realme redesigned the brand logo officially. Later on November 22, 2018, Realme gained the 1st position in the Indian smartphone market.
